Newly constructed five bedroom and 2.5 bath lake home. Casa Tranquilla is a short walk to neighborhood lake access. Larger more traditional beach about 1 mile from this location with volleyball net, playground, facilities, pavillion, and beach access. Property has central air,  large patio area, sizable kitchen, open floor plan, first floor master with en suite bath, washer/dryer, and lake views throughout.

Casa Tranquilla is best suited for families vacationing together as the surrounding community is very quiet and family oriented. 

Any guests at Casa Tranquilla will be required to comply with neighborhood rules and be respectful of neighbors and their properties. If anyone cannot be respectful of the surrounding neighbors guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Pets will NOT be permitted in cottage units

There are no lifeguards at private beaches

You will need to provide your own sheets, towels, toiletries, soaps, etc. unless you have purchased the linen package
