Kelso Beach is a private beach community located a little more than a mile from breathtaking Presque Isle State Park. The beach house is a split level contemporary home located on the second row of cottages about a 75’ walk from the beach. Suncatcher has an open floor plan with tile floors throughout the main level where an 11X14 deck sits off the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and eat-in area. There is beautiful natural light throughout the main and upper levels.
The Suncatcher has five bedrooms and 2½ baths. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen, on the upper level and have access to a full bath with tub. The other bedrooms are located on the lower level and have two twin beds, a queen bed, and an additional queen bed. These lower level bedrooms also have access to their own full size bathroom.
Other amenities included in this beautiful beach home include central air conditioning, cable, internet, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and a private parking space next to the back deck. Check-in time after 3:00PM and check-out time no later than 9:00AM.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- A deposit is required of 30% of the total rental fee
- Another payment of 70% will be due thirty days prior to arrival date
- All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax
- Make checks payable to J.H. Ferguson
- Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
- There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
- NO SMOKING
- No motor homes or motorcycles
- Linens provided
- Offsite boat and wave runner parking can be arranged
We base our rental fees on the expectation that you will leave the premises clean and in good order
We cannot be held responsible for any mechanical failures due to our inability to get service or parts
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Balance due 30 days before check-in date or deposit will be forfeited
- Parking passes are paid for at Guard Shack and are non-transferable – at Kelso Beach only
- No boat or waverunner parking. Offsite boat/waverunner parking can be arranged.
- Occupancy Limit – 12
- Extra person charge of $50 per person
- Check-in – After 3:00PM
- Check-out – Before 9:00AM – the late check out fee is $100
PETS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN RENTAL UNITS
THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS AT ANY OF THE PRIVATE BEACHES
