Just Beachy is a newly updated cottage located in beautiful North East, PA in the heart of Northwest Pennsylvania's wine country.  Just Beachy sits on a spectacularly shaded lot along a creek that runs into Lake Erie and is only a short walk to the private community beach.  The kitchen is appointed with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and slate floor.  There are three bedrooms in the cottage one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with twin beds, along with an open loft area with flat panel TV and views of Lake Erie.   

Other amenities provided at Just Beachy include boat parking, cable, NFL ticket, quiet street, lawn area, and air conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• A deposit is required for the greater amount of $350 or 25% of the total rental fee
• Another payment of 25% will be due by April 1st or subsequent date based on reservation date 
• All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax 
• Full amount is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable
• Make checks payable to J.H. Ferguson
• Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
• There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
• NO SMOKING
• Linens package available for $75

We base our rental fees on the expectation that you
will leave the premises clean and in good order
