The Beach Glass Cottage is a spacious three story cottage which sits directly on Lake Erie and is located approximately 1.5 miles west of Presque Isle State Park. The cottage has three large decks which allow for abundant views of Lake Erie and easy access to the private beach.

The custom kitchen is beautifully furnished with Corian countertops, butcher-block island, ceiling fans, stainless appliances, and beach glass hardware and accents throughout. The open kitchen/dining/living area has a stone fireplace, a wall of windows, stunning hardwood floors and sliders out to the deck. The first floor amenities include a laundry room with convenient spare refrigerator plus a full bath with direct access from the outside. The seven bedrooms in the cottage all have fantastic water views. There are two master suites with king size beds in both along with decks and private baths. The other bedrooms boast 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and twin beds in the remaining bedrooms.

Other amenities in the Beach Glass Cottage include A/C, grills, dishwasher, cable, internet, easy beach access, and 3000 square feet for accommodating larger groups. The occupancy limit at the Beach Glass Cottage is 15. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday with check-in time after 3PM and check-out time no later than 9:00AM.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• A deposit is required for the greater amount of $350 or 25% of the total rental fee
• Another payment of 25% will be due by April 1st or subsequent date based on reservation date 
• All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax 
• Full amount is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable
• Make checks payable to J.H. Ferguson
• Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
• There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
• NO SMOKING
• Linens package available for $150
