Manchester Beach is a private beach community approximately 4.5 miles west of Presque Isle State Park. The beach house is a ranch style cottage located on Lake Erie on approximately 1.5 wooded acres with Walnut Creek running along the east side of the property and just a 75' walk from the beach. The beach house is has it’s own Maytag washer/dryer and gas grill. The living room with integral dining area is 36 feet long with picture windows looking out over Lake Erie and a large patio. The recently updated kitchen includes appliances, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans. The TV Room has a TV with DVD player. The cottage has two baths. No pets are permitted at the beach house.

There are four bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds with linens and towels provided. The maximum number of guests permitted is eight. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday with check in time at 3:00PM and check out time at 9:00AM. Parking spaces are limited to four. Local telephone service provided, however if you plan on making long distance calls, please use a phone card.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• A deposit is required for the greater amount of $350 or 25% of the total rental fee 
• Another payment of 25% will be due by April 1st or subsequent date based on reservation date 
• All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax
• Full amount is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable
• Make checks payable to J.H. Ferguson
• Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
• There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
• NO SMOKING
• 4 parking spaces are available
• Linens included at this property
