This charming cottage is located approximately 10 miles west of Presque Isle State Park on 6 private acres over 350 feet along the lake. Amenities include a newly remodeled modern kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning units in each bedroom, grill and a patio overlooking the lake. There is a stairway on the property leading down to small area with lake access. The cottage has 3 decorative fireplaces, one of which is in the spacious master bedroom. Cable TV, a washer/dryer and window air conditioners in the bedrooms are also provided. No pets are permitted at the cottage.

There are three bedrooms with a queen size bed in the master with a decorative fireplace, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. There are two full bathrooms.

The maximum number of guests permitted is eight. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday with check in time at 3:00PM and check out time at 9:00AM. Local telephone service provided, however if you plan on making long distance calls, please use a phone card.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• A deposit is required for the greater amount of $350 or 25% of the total rental fee.
• Another payment of 25% will be due by April 1st or subsequent date based on reservation date   
• All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax
• Make checks payable to J.H. Ferguson
• Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
• There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
• NO SMOKING
• You will need to provide your own sheets, towels, toiletries etc.
• No motor homes or motorcycles
• Linens package available for $75

We base our rental fees on the expectation that you
will leave the premises clean and in good order
