Kelso Beach is a private beach community located a little more than a mile from breathtaking Presque Isle State Park. The beach house is a split level contemporary home located on the second row of cottages about a 75’ walk from the beach. The beach house has an open floor plan with tile floors throughout the main level where an 11X14 deck sits off the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and eat-in area. There is beautiful natural light throughout the main and upper levels.

The Reid Cottage has four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, sit on the open upper level and have access to a full bath with tub. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level and have two twin beds and a double bed. These lower level bedrooms also have access to their own full size bathroom.

Other amenities included in this beautiful beach home include central air conditioning, cable, internet, local telephone service, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and a private parking space next to the back deck. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday with check-in time after 3:00PM and check-out time no later than 9:00AM.

• A deposit is required for the greater amount of $350 or 25% of the total rental fee 
• Another payment of 25% will be due by April 1st or subsequent date based on reservation date 
• All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax
• Full amount is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable

• Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
• There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
• NO SMOKING
• You will need to provide your own sheets, towels, toiletries etc.
• No motor homes or motorcycles
• Linens package available for $75
• Offsite boat and wave runner parking can be arranged

We base our rental fees on the expectation that you
will leave the premises clean and in good order
